We stayed here for two nights last weekend and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! To our enjoyment there was an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center, as well as free breakfast in the morning.

Truly a wonderful place to stay and reasonably priced! We will definitely be back in the future.

Just up the hill and kinda out of town a bit, the Glenwood is a very good choice of accommodation. We rented 2 rooms and both were immaculately clean and totally remodeled (not just renovated). Great bedding, mattress, furniture, etc and roomy, and although we didn't use the pool, we saw that it was nice and new looking. We observed the housekeeping staff doing their duties and were very impressed with the two individual ladies we chatted with. Exceptional employees and CLEAN was on their mind, but they were pleasant and welcoming, and invited us to come back was another extraordinary interaction with these housekeeping staff members.

Our check in had been very pleasant and great restaurant recommendation from the desk clerk, our morning breakfast items were fresh and tasty. It's the type of motel you wouldn't expect to find in a small floundering mining town, but the rates are reasonable and the experience far, far beyond that. You betchya we'll stay here again.

The front desk staff at the Glenwood were more than accommodating when I arrived early (10am) for a medical appointment in Trail. I asked if I could leave my vehicle at the motel, and confirmed my reservation for that evening, (I was thinking it would be too early to check in for the night). I asked the earliest I could check in and the lovely front desk staff allowed me to check in right then at 10am before my appointment. I was very happy (and surprised) I wouldn't have to do it later. The room was clean, comfortable and the king size bed was a plus!

From my experience I feel the Glenwood would be a great place to bring my young family to stay. Our kids would definitely enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and the continental breakfast. Great value, friendly staff, I will stay here again!

Very nice rooms.Great comfortable beds. Reasonable pricing for Senior guests. Exceptional "beyond the call" service. The little attached restaurant has great food, reasonable pricing and awesome coffee. I highly recommend this establishment, and would not hesitate to stay again.

Room Tip: VERY comfy beds.
